One-year-old Baby to be the Next Stephanie Rice?

Sixteen-month-old Elizabeth from the United States is captured swimming confidently from one side of her home pool to the other🏊🏽‍♀️

The tiny baby appears to have mastered the art of swimming before she can even fully talk- that’s something you don’t hear everyday!😂

The video may take a bit of adjusting to as baby heads are usually not something we’re used to seeing unaccompanied in a 3ft pool! However, the baby is fairly reassuring as she dives back into the pool after her first victory lap!

With confidence and ease like that, we could be looking at the next American Stephanie Rice ahy?

Can you spot the difference between these 2 breaststroke pullouts? Even though I’m 7 years out of competitive swimming, I can’t help myself from analysing my technique and finding areas for improvement. That review, analysis and implementation was a HUGE part of my race strategy during competitions.
